LP Decomposer/Separator/Holder Exchanger
In July 2018 OLMAR has delivered one special heat exchanger made off with three different sections completely made in SS316L Urea Grade for a total dimension of Ø 1520 x 13500
Inside the LP DECOMPOSER/SEPARATOR/HOLDER EXCHANGER are assembled more than 700 seamless tubes c/w centesimal ferrules, grids, baffles and perforated plates. The particular operating process of this exchanger requires extremely critical fabrication tolerances about verticality and concentricity
The Exchanger is installed in a Russian Chemical Plant that is today considered the world’s largest Urea/Ammonia producer (up to 3 million tons per year)
